interested generally in
keeping fit, whether they are interested in my course or not.

Bear in mind with the above that with course session times can and will vary from day to day, but will be between 10 -30 minutes (certainly not 30 minutes every day, or even that often!) and that while it is fine to miss a day every now and then, a daily session is advocated.

Also note that if you are say spending an hour and a half in the gym, you will probably not want to also be doing anything else the same day.

I have a pretty good idea of the price of the course, based my expectation of the time it will take me to administer it in each case on average, but I would like to know what your expectations are.

I appreciate that this might be difficult for you at this stage because I cannot provide you with an assessment of how long it likely to take you to "get up to speed" until I have seen the answers to some of the questions above and have asked some more. The course itself will be progressivly downloadable including printed material with text and images with reference to some video material(Not too much video and no DVD as I want you to be concentrating on yourself and not someone else on a screen!). So if you can give an indication of your expectations on price it would help
